Community Alert: Protecting Our Homes and Neighbours
A person well known to many Cannon Rocks residents for entering private homes without permission has been seen loitering in the area. Residents are urged to take this security concern seriously. Hi-Tec Security is aware of the individual.
Please remain vigilant, be mindful of your surroundings and ensure that doors are not left open and unattended. Report any uninvited or suspicious individuals on your property to Hi-Tec Security or the SAPS in Alexandria at 046 653 0015.
If hiring workers for your property, exercise caution and ensure they are trustworthy by checking references from previous employment.
CRRA Annual Fee – R150.00 per Household
A big thank you to those stellar households that have already paid their R150.00. Your prompt payment is much appreciated.
Just a friendly reminder to avoid any confusion, the annual fee of R150.00 is a separate payment from the social club fee.

Refuse and Recycling Update: Monday is the Day
Refuse. Just a quick reminder that domestic refuse removal is back to Mondays, so please make sure your bins or bags are out for collection.
The recycling truck will also be at the Community Hall on Monday’s form 08h00 to 10h30, so it is the perfect time to sort out those recyclables.
Let us start the year off with a clean slate and a cleaner village.
